The Nuremberg Trials was to arraign the Axis Powers for War Crimes. If America and their Allies had lost the war, the Americans would have been charged with War Crimes for the single most heinous acts against humanity with the killing of thousands of up to 200,000 Civilians in two military strikes, the Hiroshima Atomic Bombing, on August 6th, 1945, followed by the second Atomic Bomb, at Nagasaki, on August 9th, 1945.
