  The British Government via its Colonial outpost of New Zealand, had invaded Samoa in 1914. After Samoa had attained their Independence in 1962, Samoa was denied a military branch of Govenrment. The New Zealand Government had drafted the Samoan Constitution ensuring that not only would Samoa be PACIFIED Samoa would be denied a military branch in perpetuity. Indoing so, the Kingdom of Tonga would be considered the Titular military power of the United Polynesian race. The British had ensured that Samoa would never become a Kingdom, and would gaslight the Vassal status of the Samoan Princedom, under the Titular status of the Tongan Kingdom. The Commonwealth Heads of Governments Meeting (CHOGM) will be hosted by Samoa in 2024.  A meeting whereby up to 56 world leaders will converge into Samoa for 28th CHOGM meeting.  Last week CHOGM leaders had an emergency session held in London which is normally a biennial meeting however there was an emergency session in London last week amongst leaders, prior to the regular CHOGM meeting to be hosted by Samoa in 2024.  An example of the scope and scale of the event will be significant for a Pacific Island Nation whose population is merely 200,000. Samoa will be hosting 56 Prime Ministers and Presidents during the CHOGM 2024.  In charge of the CHOGM Security detail will be the Samoan Police Service. The entire Samoa Police Force is 600 Police Officers. Samoa was divided under the Berlin Tripartite Convention ratified on the 2nd December, 1899. The Tripartite Convention was made effective on the 16th February, 1900.  On the 16th February, 1900, American Samoa was officially an Territory of the United States of America. Tension had arisen when the three powers, Germany, America and Britain were fighting over the control of the Samoan Islands. The decision was decided with Britain surrendering their claims for Samoa with claiming part of German African Colonies and their claims of the Solomon Islands.  The last Tafaifa of all of Samoa, was my fifth Great Grandfather, Malietoa Talavou, from le Maota O Pouesi, or the House of Pouesi, whom had passed away on 9th November, 1880.
