Why the Type 095 Submarine is Crucial for China's Naval Strategy. The Eurasia Naval Insight discloses the motherlode of the Chinese Western Pacific Theatre of War strategy.

The Eurasia Naval Insight, reveals a hypothetical Western Pacific War strategic synopsis within the next half century in the likely event of a War between the Anglo American Allies of the QUAD Plus and AUKUS Alliance in the near future within the Western Pacific and South China Sea region. 

From a Naval strategic perspective, the Chinese Naval strategy's pwoer projection is determined by the deductive evidence garnered from the known proposed Chinese Naval procurements for the next half decade. Crucial to this Chinese Naval strategy is the Attack Submarine fleet upgrade from the current nuclear fleet with the development and construction of the Type 095 SSN nucelar attack submarines with the nuclear capabilities which ought to magnify the power projection of the Chinese military presence beyond the littoral waters of the Taiwan Strait and the Chinese coastline, towards the Japanese and Philippine island chains. Beyond the Philippines the Bue water Western Pacific has been considered as the Chinese Naval power projection over reach. 

Two variables is crucial for the Blue Water capabilities for the Chinese Naval power projection. 1. the Nuclear Power Submarines range to escort the Chinese Aircraft Carrier Fleets outward towards the Central and Eastern Pacific to the Chinese friendly partners within Central and South America, namely Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia and soon Argentina. Secondly, needing friendly port of calls, such as the Solomon Islands and more importantly, Samoa, as a friendly port for the Chinese Carrier Fleets to replenish supplies in transit to the South American continent. 

Elsewhere, China will be expecting to reach other friendly Ports and friendly trading Nations within the African Continent, the Middle East and along the Indian Ocean area. 

It is incumbent for an expanding Super power to strategically plan to secure their trade routes not only via the air routes, but, also with seagoing vessels. 

Samoa is crucial in this future ambition for the Chinese and soon, even for India and their power projection in the not too distant future. 

Within the next half century, two significant nascent super powers will arise, presently China is prominent and an actual rival to American global hegemony, but, shadowing the Chinese, are the nascent rise of the Indian economic and military strength which will soon become apparent within the next half century as China continues to replace the EU and Americans in many spheres of influence in global economic and political discourse and geopolitical significance moving forward.

The USN are responding to the Chinese Naval build up. However, the Chinese are building their ships faster and more of vessels comparable to the Americans.
