From the "River to the Sea" mantra and slogan has been reverberating throughout the entire Islamic World. Palestinians are Arabs living within Israel within the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and have shared the former Palestine which was created in 1917 by an Englishman's declaration, Arthur Balfour, declared the State of Palestine in 1917, as a consequence of the defeat of the Ottoman Empire during the Great War.
