However, the Drug problem in America is palpable with the police and local communities unable to contain, deter, arrest, imprison, neutralise the drug supply chains originating from over the Mexican border, as well as, the people smuggling networks into America in this two century old war since New Spain was extinguished by the American Mexican war 180 years earlier.
