However, with the Ukrianian War, the counter terrorism laws have been blurred and Mercenaries who were Islamic Jihadist Fighters fighting for Ukraine will not be sujected to National Security criminal convictions within Britain or Australia under the special exemption for Mercenaries fighting in Ukraine. The double standards was broughout about by British Foreign Minister Liz Truss when she repealed the Mercenaries laws regarding British Mercenaries travelling to Ukraine to fight for Ukraine.
